Umm… Yummers! Like eggs, adding avocado to your diet not only has tons of health benefits, but can do lots of good to your hair too. Try this simple hair mask courtesy of Avocados From Mexico:
Slice the avocado in half, pit, then scoop out the inside flesh into a large mixing bowl.
* Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil (I prefer coconut oil).
* Add 2 tablespoons organic raw honey. Mix together until smooth.
* Apply to hair. Put on a shower cap.
* Let sit for 60 minutes. Meanwhile munch on some fresh guacamole with tortilla chips!
* Rinse!
